This policy explains how MCR Technical Service, LLC ("MCR") handles information collected through its internal SMS dispatch alert program. The program is for MCR's own technicians and dispatchers.
Information we collect
- Your name and mobile phone number, entered on our sign-up form.
- A record of your consent: the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and basic connection details such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use this information only to send you dispatch and service ticket alerts you signed up for, to honor opt-out requests, and to keep proof that you agreed to receive messages.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use a messaging service provider only to deliver the messages you asked to receive.
Retention and your choices
We keep consent records for as long as the program runs and as needed to show compliance. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or contact us below to have your number removed.
