Program description
MCR Technical Service, LLC sends internal dispatch alerts by text message to its own field technicians and dispatchers, such as new trouble tickets, scheduled restocks and stop assignments. Enrollment is limited to MCR staff and is optional. It is not a condition of employment or assignment.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with ticket volume, typically a few messages per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
How to opt out and get help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and coverage.
